Sometimes, adaptive equipment like a rechargeable toothbrush with a thicker, rounded handle helps. A water flosser or floss picks are easier to hold and manipulate than traditional dental floss.
Brushing and styling hair, buttoning buttons, zipping zippers, and tying shoes can all become harder tasks when arthritis flares up. Home care assistance helps with all of this.
